Businesses, and their own customers, on the record.

What this is

A business makes a specific factual claim about itself. One of its own customers sits down on camera and talks about that claim — what the job actually involved, what changed, what it cost them before. The recording is transcribed word for word and published here as a page that points back at the claim it was recorded against.

The full transcript is published with every page, filler and all. Each quote has to appear in it word for word or it cannot be used. The person who spoke sees the page before anyone else does, and can take it down at any time without asking the business.

What this is not

Not a review site, and not ratings. There are no stars and no scores here.
Not an outside assessment of any business. Each one chose the customer who speaks for it, and every page says so.
Not a judgement about whether what anyone says is true. We publish what was said, and we say who said it.

Pages here are reached from the claim they support, or from a search. There is no list of businesses on this site.
